Warning: Gaya 9 uses an anti-fraud system that automatically detects suspicious activity. Any unusual account activity may result in a temporary suspension pending investigation.
Gaya 9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without providing a reason. In most cases, a notification will be sent before closure, unless immediate action is required due to a breach of our rules.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team and submitting a closure request. Please withdraw your balance before closing, as access to the account will not be available afterwards.
An account will be marked as "inactive" if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
